Content contributor + Nutrition Counsellor

Kacie is focused on what you can gain from food and movement, not what you can lose.


She has a degree in Biology and Masters in Nutrition. She is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer and completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2021. Kacie’s interests are disordered eating, Intuitive Eating, and non-diet approaches to nutrition to help individual’s lead a healthier life - whatever that means to them.


Kacie works at Ease Nutrition Therapy as a content and research contributor + Nutrition Counsellor. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, breakfast pastries, and the occasional strength workout.

BSc., RD., Specialist Eating Disorders Dietitian & Yoga Teacher

Tiluka has an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a qualified yoga teacher and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022. Tiluka’s approach is holistic, taking into consideration the mind-body relationship and using somatic exercises to help rebuild a healthier relationship with the body. 


Outside of working for Ease Nutrition Therapy, Tiluka works as a community eating disorders dietitian in the NHS.


In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and baking, being in nature and doing craft projects.

Mari-Ann is working on developing her knowledge and experience of nutrition through an anti-diet lense, with an inclusive and all accepting vision in her future.


She has a qualification in Fitness, Health and Exercise (HNC) and is currently undertaking a Nutrition BSc (Hons) degree at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. Mari-Ann’s interests in Nutrition is working to approach nutrition from a perspective of food and body acceptance and self-compassion.


Mari-Ann works at Ease Nutrition Therapy as a content and research contributor as part of one of her year 3 university modules. In her spare time she enjoys nature walks, cooking and the occasional craft project.

Founder and lead Nutrition Counsellor

Shannon is an eating disorders and disordered eating nutritionist who helps people live the life they deserve.


She has a degree in Biology and a Masters in Human Nutrition. She has trained in eating disorder counselling, binge eating disorder treatment, CBT-E for eating disorders, motivation interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy. She also has a certificate in counselling + psychotherapy, and is currently training to become a Certified Intuitive Eating counsellor. 


Shannon's interests are eating disorders, disordered eating, Intuitive Eating, and body affirming care. She also really enjoys helping people manage health conditions without the side serve of diet culture. Shannon is the founder and lead nutrition counsellor at Ease Nutrition Therapy.


Outside of work she enjoys playing and watching tennis, taking her cat to the park + beach, and reading in coffee shops.

Professional biography:

Shannon Western (she/her) is a nutrition counsellor who specialises in nutrition counselling for disordered eating.

She is the founder of Ease Nutrition Therapy, a private nutrition counselling clinic offering disordered eating support. Shannon hosts The Ease With Food Podcast where she talks all things relationship to food.

She is also a business mentor for professionals. She really enjoys supporting helping professionals (like nutritionists, dietitians, and therapists) build their business. She is the co-founder of Build Your Business: Summer School: a Non-Diet, anti-hustle culture business course.
