Let's get real...
You've already tried everything.
Every diet, protocol, lifestyle kick. You've bought all the plans, maybe you've even worked with other coaches or therapists.
You've tried for so long to stop binging. But nothing's worked.
What am I going to do different? Let me tell you...
I'm almost certain that everyone you've worked with in the past wasn't a specialist in binge eating. If they were, you wouldn't be here.
Binge eating is super common, but really misunderstood. To me, supporting those with binge eating is a whole speciality on it's own. For others, it seems to be a box they tick because they know the term "binge eating."
Because of this, people often end up working with people who:
Put them on a weird diet plan
Tell them to "listen to their body" - what does that even mean!?
Tell them to eat in "moderation" - here's what I think of that word
Only implement CBT - here's what I think of CBT for binge eating
Don't offer a person-centred approach that values YOU, not just their professional training and experience
Don't take binge eating seriously
I'm sorry for all the people who've made you feel like binging is your fault. And all the people who haven't given you the support you needed.

Commonly asked questions
How long do you typically work with people for?
It completely depends. On average, I work with most people for 6-9 months. This is weekly, bimonthly, or monthly depending on what they need/want.
When would sessions be?
I offer appointments Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons and evenings, Friday morning and afternoons. So a range of morning, afternoon, and evening appointments. This usually suits most people, but I can be flexible depending on what you need. Appointments do not need to be the same time every session, I use a self-booking system so you can book depending on your availability.
Do you work weekends?
I can offer very limited Saturdays.
How much does it cost to work with you?
I have varying support options that suit most people's budgets. I can offer reduced rates for students, those on low income, and those in marginalised groups. All fees are outlined in the FREE discovery call. Please enquire to hear about prices. In general, support starts from £65.
I don't think seeing someone over the computer is going to be effective!?
Online support is becoming far more common than in person. There's no travelling to appointments, you can have sessions before or after work, or on your lunch break. Plus the fee for sessions is lower - renting a clinic space really pushes fees up!
What if I have a medical condition?
All conditions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. I am experienced in supporting PCOS, endometriosis, IBS, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, GERD., and many other conditions.
Are you a qualified nutritionist? There are so many people with 3 day courses claiming to be experts
I'm so glad you ask! Yes, I have a Masters degree in Nutrition plus a ton of extra training. All of my credentials are here.
